PACIFIC GOLF CLUBS 30 DAY PLAY PROGRAM

We are confident that your purchase will help maximize your performance and improve your game. We are so confident that if you are unhappy with the performance of the club we offer you the following options within 30 days of your purchase.

•We offer 75% credit (in store or refund) for equipment that has normal use

•We offer 90% credit (in store or refund) for equipment that is or or in unused condition

Shipping costs are not credited, customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Club heads that are damaged outside the face with scratches or dents, either on the sole or the crown are not covered by this offer.

Prepackaged Full sets are not covered by this offer.

Any club that was sold in a used condition is not covered by this offer.

Any club that was not assembled by Pacific Golf Clubs is not covered by this offer.

PACIFIC GOLF CLUBS SHIPPING POLICY

Pacific Golf Clubs primary method of ground shipment within the Continental United States is UPS although some packages are sent via USPS.

UPS is used for any type of Air Shipment.

US Priority Mail is also available at request

Shipping, handling and insurance are applied to all orders placed with Pacific Golf Clubs.

Pacific Golf Clubs is not responsible for fees charged by FedEx, UPS, Post Office or other shippers in instances where the customer provides Pacific Golf Clubs with incorrect ship to or bill to address information (Street, City, State, Zip Code, etc.). Shipper correction fees will be the responsibility of the customer and the customer will therefore be charged for such fees.

PACIFIC GOLF CLUBS WARRANTY INFORMATION

All Pacific Golf Clubs merchandise is covered by a 1 year warranty against breakage under normal playing conditions. Any driver that dents due to a ball being struck outside the face will not be covered by warranty. Dents on the sole or on top of the club are not covered. Normal wear from play is not covered.

- If possible avoid hitting graphite shafted clubs off of driving range mats.

SHORTAGES/DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your shipment arrives and any items are damaged, save the package and packing material and contact our sales staff immediately. Our staff will provide you with the necessary information to ensure that your claim is handled quickly and effectively.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Please note that due to UPS charging Pacific Golf Clubs additional shipping after the package leaves our facility you may be asked to pay the additional amount incurred due to extended areas in your country. If this occurs with your order you will be contacted before any additional amount is charged. Please also note that international customers are responsible for all duties and taxes.

THINGS TO REMEMBER

- Assembled orders usually ship from Pacific Golf Clubs within 7 business days.

- Component orders placed before 2:00 pm Central time will be shipped the same business day provided all ordered products are avaiable.

- If placing an Internet order on the weekend, the order will not be processed until the following business day.

- When possible, use our website www.pacificgolfclubs.com. It is always the most current source for new products and club specifications.

- All prices and products are subject to change without notice.

- Irons are sold in sets. In some cases we will have individual pieces that can be purchased. Please contact our sale staff for availability.

Return Policy

PACIFIC GOLF CLUBS RETURN POLICY

A Pacific Golf Clubs representative must authorize all returns. For authorization please call (877) 472-2465. At the time of authorization you will be issued a Return Authorization Number. This number must accompany your return. When returning any item, please include in the package: your name, address, phone number and the Return Authorization Number. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping merchandise back to Pacific Golf Clubs. The only exception to this is if the warehouse incorrectly picked the order. Pacific Golf Clubs will pay for return shipping to customers on items that are covered by warranty or orders that were not filled correctly. Items returned that have not been used are subject to a 10 percent restocking fee, unless the item was sent to a customer in error. Customers are required to appropriately package any return, Pacific Golf Clubs is not responsible for damaged return shipments.

Return Procedure

1. Contact Pacific Golf Clubs at (877) 472-2465 to be issued a Return Authorization number (RMA)

2. After receiving your RMA number securely package your items in the original carton or carton of your choice
